1990s Canadian-made molded plywood lounge chair with matching ottoman, upholstered in incredibly soft + supple dark brown leather.
a beautiful silhouette with curved molded wood shells, padded leather upholstery, and matching black pedestal bases. stamped made in canada underneath with a 1996 date marking.
the chair swivels and features an adjustable tension knob for the recline — functions amazingly and is seriously, seriously comfortable. one of those chairs you immediately sink into.
overall in great vintage condition. the leather has surface wear, and patina from age and use, particularly on the ottoman, but remains soft and supple with tons of vintage character. molded wood and bases also show minor age-consistent cosmetic wear. structurally solid and everything functions as intended.
